As the sole partner of the company, my professional vision is to establish a business in my home country that combines sustainability with social responsibility. My objective is to support fellow nationals seeking dignified working conditions, safeguarding them against abusive and exploitative practices.

I have a deep understanding of the sector’s needs, as I actively practice law within the Hellenic Republic and am in daily contact with the challenges faced by employees. As a Supreme Court–admitted attorney (Areios Pagos) with many years of professional experience, I have developed the expertise and skills required to effectively handle both straightforward and complex legal matters.

My professional standing and experience enable me to act as a guarantor of balance between the rights of employees and employers. Through my direct personal supervision of all procedures, I ensure legality, transparency, and the protection of all parties involved. The motivation to establish this company arose from my fellow nationals whom I was called upon to assist while confronting severe and urgent problems—solely because they had placed good-faith trust in acquaintances or in various employment agencies that provided no meaningful support to workers. As a result, many were unable to protect themselves or to enter lawful employment contracts with their employers.

This is precisely the role our company fulfills: we facilitate employment contracts between employers and employees under transparent, mutually agreed, and lawful terms, founded on direct interpersonal relationships. Our company invests in continuous communication and comprehensive support for the employees, from the work visa issuance process through to the employees’ return to their home country.
